Preparation

  1. Place the dried rose petals and vanilla bean and seeds in a large measuring cup or teapot and pour on the boiling water. Stir in the honey, cover and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and serve warm, or reheat and serve hot.
  • Advance preparation: You can keep this in the refrigerator for a day or two. Reheat but do not boil.
