- Shells from raw shrimp
- 5 cups water
- 6 black peppercorns
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped onions
- 2 ribs celery coarsely chopped
- 1 bay leaf

Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes and strain.
