I was always hesitant to try but all the post about mussels paired with potato chips got me motivated! Loved it and can’t wait to have it again!

I’m thinking of doing a charcuterie plate for dinner with Patagonia lemon herb mussels and potato chips as the center.

Nice choice. Those Ramon Pena mussels are quite good.

Canned mussels are my favorite of all the tinned fish. I’m 43 and my parents still send me some in the mail a few times a year even though they’re readily available everywhere 😊
