Preparation

  1. Put the water in a saucepan. Add the sugar. Bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Refrigerate until chilled.
  2. Combine the sugar mixture, grapefruit juice and vermouth in a bowl. Pour it into a sorbet machine and proceed as directed.
