
Pepper vinegar is the way to go. This is 100% vinegar with a few habs, choc habs, ghost, clove of garlic and a big pinch of kosher salt. Two weeks in the fridge and it brightens up and accentuates almost anything you can eat. Simple and easy to control the heat.
