Meal prep for this week! Important note: I always leave extra space for snack calories bc college and studying is hard (snack therapy !) and bc I enjoy the flexibility.

Box 1- shirataki japchae + kimchi and imitation lobster cauliflower fried rice (i packed both in tightly—it was v high volume)

Box 2- king oyster mushroom “scallops” (there’s maybe 8 thicc boys/box) + 2 small shrimp har gow(had a lil shrimp to use up) + salad w/ balsamic dressing

Second slide – ridiculous brownies + blueberry yogurt egg bake (each day i get 3 pieces of each dish!!)

Rest of the day’s calories for coffee, ice cream, snacks, etc.! 🙂 feel free to ask for any recipes!!

    Wow these look amazing, were they complicated to make? I’m trying to be better at meal prepping but the meals I put together are more like assembling than cooking
