Anyone else use pickles as a zero calorie snack when you are feeling just to snacky ?

I actually love them with boiled potatoes as low calorie supper, less than 200 calories in 200g of food.
Also pickle soup is extremely filling, delicious and has laughable amount of calories in a bowl.

I eat half a small tub of grillos as a snack. It hurts my tongue 🥲

Be careful of that sodium intake though! 220mg per 3/4 spear is a lot. High sodium can make you retain more water and increase blood pressure.

In the US, food under 5 calories can be rounded down to 0. Pickles are a pretty safe food and are around 19 for a full pickle, so each fourth is under/just at five calories. I binge pickles, tbh. 😅

I do pepperoncinis and other pickles! Love that you get so much for pretty much no calories. Feels like cheating.
