Preparation
- Preheat broiler.
- Rub the outside of the bread with the garlic. Cut the bread into slices about 1/4-inch thick.
- Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and brush one side with oil.
- Place under the broiler until lightly browned on one side. Turn and repeat.
- Top each crouton with the Parmesan cheese. Place under the broiler until golden brown.
