Preparation

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Juice the lemon and add the juice, the squeezed lemon rind and the ginger to the water. Remove from the heat, cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Whisk in the honey. Line a strainer with a thin, wet cloth and strain the tea into a pitcher. Refrigerate until cold. Serve over ice, garnished with lemon and lime slices.
