My friend gave me some elk back strap, first try at grilling some


A little too rare for me but I was super nervous about over cooking it. Ended up cooking it a tiny bit more on the iron cast, most tender cut of meat I've had in a while 👌

    Elk is hard to grill because it has such a low fat content. Looks like you did a great job though
