Preparation

  1. Preheat broiler. Stir the mayonnaise and mustard together until well combined. Season with the cayenne and salt. Coat the flesh side of the fillets with the mayonnaise mixture and place on a baking sheet, skin side down. Broil until the fish is just cooked through and the top browns, about 5 minutes. Place 1 fillet on each of 4 plates and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
