it’s been two months since my last keto low carb 
grocery haul and that was around the time Chris  
headed to New York for work he was home so 
long this last time that I completely forgot  
how hard it is to cook for one the struggle 
is real I guess what I’m trying to say here  
is don’t expect any massive grocery hauls till 
Chris comes back home because at this point I’m  
like this close to being one of those people 
that stands over the sink and eats a meal I’m  
excited to share this haul because not only did I 
find some great deals but I finally found one of  
my unicorn items do you have one of those you 
know something you look for every single time  
you go to the store let us know what it is okay 
ladies and gents let’s get this show on the road  
up first is the Walmart Hall apparently it was 
my lucky day I’ve been searching for the spark  
Ling ice Starburst drinks for weeks I’m not sure 
how many flavors there are but Walmart had the  
orange the strawberry the lemon and the Cherry 
these are flavored Sparkling Waters zero sugar  
with vitamins and antioxidants each bottle is 17 
flu ounces nutritional facts five calories zero  
fat zero carb zero protein they are caffeine free 
and the sweetener used is sucralose now here’s the  
ingredients in case you want to pause it and 
run through those they were priced at 97 I’ve  
not tried these yet the anticipation is killing me 
though I’m saving them for a future video that way  
I can do a first impression and review if you’ve 
already tried the sparkling eye Starburst drinks  
let me know what’s your favorite flavor now 
for the Staples I needed some Meats grab some  
chicken breast this is the thin sliced boneless 
and skinless they had it marked down to $5.9 I  
picked up this 36 Oz package of allnatural 
Angus premium ground beef this particular  
one is the 85% lean 15% fat I’m thinking 
keto meatloaf in our future or maybe tacos  
it was marked down to $1.53 not really sure what’s 
going on with eggs but our store was cleaned out I  
had to settle for the market side grade a cage 
free 18 counts priced at $3.98 got a bottle of  
Chick-fil-A avocado lime ranch dressing this is in 
the produce area with the salad kits 2 tablespoons  
is a serving and that’ll have one total carb $4 
.58 24 oz tub of Great Value cottage cheese it’s  
the large curd and 4% it was priced at $267 I 
plan on making some more of the cottage cheese  
chips you know the ones that were all over Tik Tok 
I shared the recipe in a video several months ago  
I’ll link it for you in the description box and 
down in the cards organic Great Value steamable  
rice cauliflower this 10 oz bag was $1.98 
this was actually the only rice cauliflower  
they had in stock I have a question though are 
you all still able to find this and pick it up  
the Green Giant rice veggies cauliflower risotto 
medley but I can’t find this anywhere and I’ve not  
been able to in months this is my favorite and I’m 
scared that they’ve discontinued it so let me know  
lately I’ve been craving red peppers I’ll just 
cut this into strips and then have it with lunch  
throughout the week I have no idea what the price 
was a 2 lb bag of Great Value mozzarella shredded  
cheese price $727 needed some Dijon mustard for a 
recipe so I just grabbed the Great Value because  
it’s cheaper $1.52 one teaspoon is a serving 
and that’s going to have zero carbs here’s the  
ingredients in case you want to pause and look 
at those great value minced onion 2.35 Oz it was  
$112 and that was everything that I picked up at 
Walmart next up is Dollar Tree everything was $125  
this week they had the Progresso spicy chicken 
broth medium heat no antibiotics ever and 30  
2 oz there are four servings in each container 
it’s five calories of serving and zero carbs  
here’s your daily reminder just because it’s a 
Dollar Tree doesn’t mean you’re getting a good  
deal use the apps on your phone to compare prices 
I ended up spotting these at Walmart and they’re  
only a doar these are the bubbly burst Sparkling 
Waters so think Sparkling Ice I picked up four  
different flavors the pineapple Tangerine peach 
mango tropical punch and Cherry Lemonade 16.9 oz  
bottles they’re going to have 10 calories and 
less than one carb Beach sweeteners that are  
used are sucralose and a k I haven’t tried these 
yet but I’ll keep you posted I may have overpaid  
on the bubbly but I got a good deal on the elani 
these are at my Walmart for $248 this is the only  
flavor they had and it’s the tropsicle 12 oz cans 
and I picked up five thankfully these don’t Spike  
my blood sugar as a type 1 diabetic yes it’s an 
energy drink it has 200 mg of caffeine gluten-free  
vegan biotin B12 and B six 10 calories 0 
f Zer protein three total carbs one sugar  
alcohol so only two net carbs sweeteners used are 
sucralose arrol and a that’s all the food items  
that I picked up at Dollar Tree this week I don’t 
know about your store but at mine the pricing is  
getting out of hand some of the canned drinks were 
marked at $3.50 and these were items they used to  
sell for a dollar it’s extremely frustrating now 
my favorite Discount Store United grocery gallette  
so many great deals this week like this one shrewd 
food protein Puffs flavor totally Taco for those  
of you that like to check out the ingredients feel 
free to pause right here and you can read over  
them no artificial flavors or colors gluten-free 
and non- GMO the entire bag is a serving and it’s  
going to have 90 calories 3.5 G of fat two total 
carbs and 13 g of protein I picked up two bags  
and they were 50 cents each another huge score 
horal turkey pepperoni I picked up four packages  
because they were only $29 each 17 slices is a 
serving 70 calories four fat nine protein and  
zero carbs sarento string cheese I grabbed one 
of the fiesta pepper and one of the SmokeHouse  
25 cents a piece I thought this was interesting 
it was in the freezer section there was a massive  
box of these and it said that they had came from 
Burger King it’s an 8 oz package of Ava avocado  
spread ingredients is avocado lime juice and salt 
It also says it’s distributed by horal I usually  
don’t have much luck when it comes to picking out 
an avocado anyways so I like the fact that these  
are frozen I can just thaw it and use it however 
I want but since I’m still nervous about it I only  
picked up one and it was a Dollar Ranch veggie 
dip real ingredients real taste no artificial  
flavors 14 oz container 2 tablespoons is going to 
have 80 calories and two carbs it was priced at  
$149 herdez Street sauce fiery habanero this is a 
9 o bottle of taco sauce and apparently it’s spicy  
because there is a flame on the side that says 
hot 1 tablespoon is five calories and one carb  
this was $1 I saw them the other day at Walmart 
and I think they were around three or four only  
one 8 oz tub of Philadelphia original cream cheese 
I like to pick up the spread so Proby can put this  
on her Bagels it’s easier and more convenient than 
a block of cream cheese they had it priced at $149  
that’s it for United Grocery Outlet only grabbed 
one food item at Big Lots this week they had the  
moo energy liquid water enhancers each one of 
these will make 18 16.9 o bottles of flavored  
water the flavor is green thunder I had no idea 
what that could be so I looked it up online and  
it says green apple personally I don’t typically 
drink these I pick them up for chis because  
these liquid water enhancers are his go-to drink 
of choice but while I was looking up the flavor I  
stumbled across this the thought of using these 
to make a slush or even combine flavors has got  
me interested they contain caffeine and B vitamins 
the amount of caffeine is 60 Mig per serving they  
also include a warning for adult use only I’ve 
never really paid attention to the bottles before  
but it clearly states always dilute and use within 
1 month of opening they contain zero calories zero  
fat zero carbs zero sugar zero protein sweeteners 
used R sucralose and a Big Lots had these marked  
for $150 so I picked up five let me know if you 
shop at Big Lots I feel like it’s one of those  
stores that either you love it or you hate it well
