I just germinated some Pink Tiger X Peach Ghost seeds and I am a little bit concerned with how this one is looking. I’m used to the vibrant green stems with bright green cotyledons but these are skinny, yellow, and the pinkish purple stem is throwing me off, is there anything I should do to fix them up?

The stem color isn’t concerning. There are different colors for different types. How old is this little guy? I’d give him a week and see if it figures itself out.
Hard to say really, but since it’s a pink/peach variety I would wait and see. Maybe you just have an oddball plant?
