This is the very best ramen I've ever had, and in fact the best meal I've had in my entire life. It came from a very fancy seafood restaurant… lobster and lamb chop ramen. It was insanely ecstatically delicious. But it's the type of place that constantly changes the menu and they've never had it again. After 4 years, I still dream about it.
What creative nontraditional ingredients do you like in your ramen?

I don’t really get why someone would put whole chops in there. So that any sear (there is hardly one) is soft, the lamb will overcook because the broth is hot and you have to make yourself “dirty” to hold it by the bone?
But would try of course since it sounds good anyway.
