Easy Mediterranean Risotto Salad|Make a Salad with Us |Mr. Do it Do it Now!

There’s nothing like a homemade Mediterranean salad. Fresh with oils, vinegar and fresh oregeno this salad is oerfect foe summer. Today, we are making my favorite salad from walmart, but they stopped making them. So I had to make it at home. The salad is so light, flavorful, and great for hot summer days. A feta cheese fan, I loaded this light summer salad up with tons of onions and salmon creating an amazing flavored salad.

The recipe is as follows:
Sunberrie Cherry Tomatoes sliced
cucumber diced
1/2 cup onions
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon red wine
salmon diced
1 cup of feta cheese

use it with Oro but Walmart used to make this salad and I was craving it I’m just getting home from church I’m going in with like 1 nth of olive oil to about a teaspoon and then just two pinches of salt to season my boiling water to make my risoto rice which is going to go into my Mediterranean salad uh copycat recipe like Walmart’s Mediterranean salad that they used to sell again they no longer with a little vinegar put this thing on that was that was full I bought this this morning my daughter ate some I use some for my salad that’s almost gone at least I want to use them they’re called salad I can’t stir with y’all in my hand hold on author makes a tomato cucumber summer salad we’re going to put this in the refrigerator for two hours and y’all will see it in my next mukbang eating got a little bit of salmon left over in our fridge so we’re just going to mince it up and add it to our um Vero salad make it Hardy M and filling and it’ll absorb some of the um heat that Authur experienced but it doesn’t matter this right here is so amazingly good so or Oro work and this is our Mediterranean uh uh attempt okay and I say you can add tuna fish you can if I had black olives or red olives or you know have fun in the kitchen oo look at that color you guys look at the color and you take it and just stir it woo W and that right there makes it a little more hearty a little more protein forward mhm protein forward besides the uh the uh crayfish meat a little more protein forward cuz now you got salmon in there and the Roto is a smidget of risoto so you trying to keep our carb count down but we’re trying to get our protein count up there you go these are more pro protein less carb and that’s good right there so if you wonder what a mukbanger eats off camera this is more what you eat off camera okay okay like a salad so I’m letting you see what I eat in a day and this is taste it Mr Carter let’s see what say you she got better I forgot I got mhm that’s better that’s better let me I’ll take the same spooning it off he’s rinsing off the spoon okay thank thank you brother see it’s still wet dripping wet mhm I’m going give you tomato Roto tomato Roto yeah feta and some salmon you can see the salmon is on it keeps falling off my tomato well you see the salmon sammon took it up and not mhm he can’t he can’t eat it makes him sweat now just hint of red wine I’ll
