Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well.
- Add sugar, salt, spices and, if desired, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
- Add cream, and stir.
- Add mashed sweet potatoes, and mix thoroughly.
- Turn into pie shells, and bake for 1 hour or until firm.
