Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add sugar, salt, spices and, if desired, lemon juice and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add cream, and stir.
  4. Add mashed sweet potatoes, and mix thoroughly.
  5. Turn into pie shells, and bake for 1 hour or until firm.
