[Music] hey it’s time a dish with d That’s me thank you for com this video making yourself a priority I am Denise it is Tuesday and Tuesday is what I eat in a day on Weight Watchers and with points and calories and macros points calories yeah Weight Watchers always that’s the same thing ah it’s it’s hot here in New Jersey my brain is slightly fried so here are some of the things that I ate last week didn’t film a lot again we’re going to we’re going to have to do better we’re going to have to do better but there are other things on this video there is okay I’ll tell you this right now I created a carrot cake from a yellow sugar-free Pillsbury cake mix I know it was dang good too and I don’t believe I added um anything that would have been points I added shredded carrots I added a drained rinsed pineapple ch um tidbits I added cinnamon and I didn’t have I couldn’t find my nutmeg so I improvised and um I think you had to add clove nutmeg and all spice which I had neither so but I did look I had a gingerbread spice and guess what gingerbread spice has in there cloves all spice and Nutmeg so I add of that it was absolutely delicious I made it for a birthday party and the person is diabetic so I thought sugar-free cake mix right there you go um I didn’t really show you the finished product cuz I kind of forgot but you saw me make the cake and that’s all it’s important you could ice it however you like you could do you don’t even need icing if you don’t want to you could do that but oh my gosh it was really really good so I guess when you scan the cake whatever the points are for the cake it should stay the same because like I said I didn’t have anything had points but if you’re on the diabetic plan ha the pineapple would have haded points but that’s it for that um was there oh there’s a little quick little um unboxing um for future product that I will be sharing here on the channel but we did a little unboxing for them and I’m a little excited for that something to create you know gets the creative juices flowing and you know if you know me it’s like I have not been creative for a while and I kind of was excited about that so without further Ado is there any tastings in this video I believe there is I don’t remember what what it was but I believe there is a tasting or two in here I think there is so without further Ado let’s roll some of that fabulous food fotage having a little snack I have a half a cup of 1% cottage cheese with a few strawberries a few grapes and and a little bit of skinny syrup so it comes to two Weight Watcher points for the cottage cheese my fruit is zero 120 calories 14 carbs 13 protein and 1 gram of fat yes I counted my fruit because there’s carbs and some fruits so probably not these but as bad as these but that’s my breakfast no that’s actually my snack my pre-breakfast dinner tonight is chicken these are just breasts that I cut up with some risoto and some zucchini the chicken is zero I also marinated it in this jeu sugar-free orange ginger marinade for zero points my chicken is zero my zucchini is zero I a little cottage cheese but not enough to count in this one and my risotto is six points so this is my six point dinner tonight breakfast this morning is leftover zucchini with cottage cheese some mushrooms I to it with three medium scrambled eggs a little bit of spinach and some treaser cheese comes to one we watch your point what a count a little bit of the cottage cheese even though I’m not sure how much is in there but I’ll give it a point 23 calories 2 G of carbs 21 g of protein and 12 G of fat these were gifted to me these mediumsized eggs I decided to go with three because they’re small so you good you do you Boo and decide how you would want to eat but that’s going to be my veggie very veg forward breakfast this morning there zucchini zucchini peppers onions mushroom spinach right Denise an onion of course onion and that is my breakfast this morning lunch today is leftover turkey chili say turkey beans tomatoes spices some onions some bell pepper that’s about it I did not use lowfat turke I mean I use regular turkey not zero fat so I probably would say this is probably two to three points worth if I to guesstimate but that’s what I would guesstimate and that’s going to be my lunch today having a post Glam 8 point bar I know scandalous isn’t it it is an Alani new caramel crunch has 190 calories 16 g of protein eight total sugar seven added sugar and 18 G of carbs it’s a high point one live a little bit and that’s all we do dinner tonight is leftover rotisserie chicken made into tacos I have two low carb tortillas for two points one points worth of pepperoni two points worth of cheese so my two little tacos come to five Weight Watcher points breakfast this morning is a saute zucchini with two scrambled eggs and a little bit of yogurt in there just to give it a little bit of amped up protein it makes it really nice and creamy you you see how creamy they are so that’s my breakfast this morning zero points by the way the July dinner was 19 points six for my bun six for my burger seven for my potato salad and my salad combined all right let’s try this it is called Zen sweet bacon just one ingredient and this package and we’re going to have brownies let’s see how easy this comes together brownie mix one cup of non fat Greek yogurt and combine and that my friends is all that’s you could use non-dairy yogurts if you’re vegan I also have my prepared 8 by8 pan sprayed my oven preheated to 350 and let’s mix this bad boy together combined well place in your prepared pan I find an offset spatula works great for this go to top with some Lily chocolate chips and I’m going to bake it for 25 minutes all right this recipe makes 12 brownies this is this package it comes to two weight washer points per brownie 60 calories 2 g of protein 4 gr of total fat 4 gram of fiber 15 G of carbs and 4 G of total sugar with nine G of added sugar all right let’s taste the brownie holds together well not a bad brownie yeah I liked it very light though very light brownie no sugar Zen sweet mung fruit I don’t remember where I got this I want to say it was probably like a Big Lots or something like that but you know that’s hit or miss with a lot of things but interesting I give it a four out of five it’s not bad I’d buy this again good job breakfast this morning is a potato cor um corn beef potato Canadian bacon bell pepper scramble top with sundried tomatoes and I also have a piece of sourdough bread sprayed with I can Believe It’s Not Butter garlic I know comes to Five Points three for my bread one for the amount of potatoes I used and one for my three slices of Canadian Beacon 376 calories 32 G of carbs 32 g of protein and 13 G of fat oh I need hot sauce on there too but that’s my breakfast this morning I need a carrot cake without sugar hm what do I do well I’m going to turn this sugar-free yellow cake into a sugar-free carrot cake let’s see how this goes to our cake mix we’re going to add some spices I have 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and I couldn’t find my nutmeg or anything so I’m going to use this gingerbread spice because guess what it has everything in there that I need I’m going to put it about a 3/4 of a teaspoon of that as well what you do use what you have give it a stir looks like cake to me then we’re going to add what is called for on our box cake mix which is oil eggs and water comb com well everything is combined well I’m going to put about a cup of shredded carrot that I do cook in the microwave and let cool so because it is a carrot cake you want to have little carrots again you could buy the shredded carrots that would omit this part but didn’t have any so we just are going to improvise and a couple little containers of pineapple tidbits cuz I like pineapples and my car cake going to combine this well have a prepared 13 by9 pan hand spray with non-stick spray I’m going to put this into here bake according to the package directions I think is around 35 minutes or so but you always make sure every oven varies there she is out of the oven again you could ice in and top as you like you can leave it plain you can do a light cream cheese you can do make a protein any topping you like top your cake lunch today is is a tuna wrap Olay Wellness extreme for one point my tuna is zero my lettuce tomato is zero but there is some mayonnaise I we’ll give it a point I made it for the family so we’ll give a point for the Mayo and a heart of palm de here with another tasting what are you tasting today de healthy eating on the go these are like bars that I order online my girl Lynn hooked me up on Instagram with them and they’re really good uh this one is the banana nut Crunch and is 220 calories this is the large I was getting the minis prior but I wanted to try the large there are six points for this bar 220 calories 12 gr of protein 3 g of sugar including 3 G of added sugar um sometimes we want other carbohydrates which I didn’t put my glass I think it says 14 but they’re kind of look like a quest bar but they’re so much better than Quest Bars they are so I figed i’ go with the full size and if if I wanted to have half I could just have half so s bananas peanut butter oats M little crunchy really crunchy so I give these a four out of five they’re really they’re different you have to like peanut butter or nut butter good job breakfast this morning is a protein pancake one large you can make several small but I’m into one large and I topped it with a serving of pb2 some / cup of chocolate kind granola and some strawberries so comes to 379 calories 49 G of carbs 2 7 g of protein and 9 G of fat and six white waterer points I believe it’s four for the pancake one for the granola and one for the powdered protein I mean powdered peanut butter that I reconstituted with um H pancake syrup it’s my breakfast this morning can’t say that you could had one toast but I said I’d have two just that kind of day meeting a little bit later today is probably why I’m having two it it is 7even points 380 calories 35 G of carbs 19 g of protein and 19 G of fat this bread is 2 Points each each it is gluten-free I’m trying to use it up so it’s four points for my bread my eggs are zero one point each for my turkey bacon and 1 point for my one tbspoon of good good Jam I love the good good jam oh my gosh this is the current look at the little currents I just love good good Jam if you are looking for a fun New no sugar added Jam check that and a bag of chips it was really really good I really enjoyed I did put the pineapple in there for a little bit of moistness and a little bit of something not quite expected and like I said I added my own grated carrot that I did cook in the microwave I don’t know if I mentioned that in the video but I did soften it in the microwave before I added it to the cake mix let it cool then I I remember a brownies mix called No Pudge that you only added yogurt to. It was pretty good but I don't see it anymore.
