Here is what you’ll need!

INGREDIENTS
1 sheet puff pastry
200g cream cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
a little bit of lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Apricot sauce for topping
Powdered sugar

For brushing:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder

PREPARATION
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla powder, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a bowl until well combined.
2. Cut the pastry sheet into four-inch squares. Fold each corner in and press.
3. Mix egg yolk, milk, and vanilla powder well, and brush over the squares. Add the filling on, around a tablespoon.
4. Bake at 180C (350F) for about 15 minutes or until golden.
5. Top with apricot sauce, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
6. Serve and Enjoy! πŸ™‚
