Ingredients look fantastic, but I think the hinge cut is hurting the sandwich.
Unless it’s like a cheesesteak, a meatball sub, chicken/tuna salad, something where the ingredients are mixed or something messy that it acts as a protection from spilling, cutting through the bread and stacking the ingredients so you have consistent bites is gonna lend to a better experience.
The turkey looks great, but I feel like half of the bites are gonna be 90% turkey
