After spending summer together with my husband in Sweden, I was heading back to England. I had my Brompton and my tent with me, and saw that you can go by train in a single day from the Danish/German border to London. So I decided to ride a new 700km route through Sweden and Denmark, exploring two big, wild Scandinavian regions I had not seen before, and then fold up the bike, and hop on a train home.
I did the journey over a couple of weeks in early September, camping wild all the way. It was fabulous – glorious autumn days, misty mornings, golden sunsets.
There are going to be two films about this adventure – this film is about a week cycling across Sweden, on tracks and trails, camping wild by wind shelters and at wild swimming spots and just at large in the forest. The second film will be a week riding north to south all the way down Denmark’s Jutland peninsula, using the fantastic Danish “primitive” wild camping network again, and then zooming by train to London.
Hope you enjoy the film!

As a former Long Distance walker, 100km/24 hours, I know that Cemeteries normally offer a tap for water, when passing. Finn. Denmark
Really enjoyed that video. I lived in Småland for 16 years but now I have moved back to Göteborg 😍 I actually live quite close to the Strama Line terminal.
Thank you for posting this. Your videos are always inspirational.
I love to see you Susanna ❤ Greetings from Montreal (Quebec, Canada) 🍂
👌👌🌹🌹🌷🌷❤❤🌷🌷👍👍😊😊
That was a lovely tour, very well filmed and narrated – the story beautifully told and a delight to follow. You should be getting paid by the Swedish Tourist Board – you really made me want to go there! Thank you!
One more lovely video to brighten up our days! Thank you Susanna for taking us with you. I particularly like the pleasure you get from cooking a simple healthy meal at the end of a long day on your bike. Looking forward to more adventures. Wishing you health and many more travels.

Great to see you back on here Susanna .Your looking good so I hope your feeling fine. Just like when I viewed your last videos you amaze me with the distances you ride on your Brompton. Hopefully they will read this and give you a free one. Looking forward to your next video now.
A video from you is such a treat. The ancient churches, the poignant children’s wreaths (and sadly so many of them), the exquisite painted panels…. Sad but lovely. Please …Keep spoiling us 😘Love those magic pancakes…wish I could virtually “gift “you some maple syrup! I chuckled when I saw your usual cycling clothes and kit… a girl after my own heart. I hope you had a special time with your husband and now you are heading back to your darling Dad. Your heart must live in two places. Stay well dear S. It’s spring here in Oz .. my chickens are free ranging, my roses and sweet peas are flowering and fragrant… not a cloud in the blue, blue sky… a hot cuppa.. bliss.
Susanna please can you tell me the size of your "Kitchen sink"? Is it 5 L ? Thank you
