This is the Grillblazer Su-V Grill gun [in action](https://youtu.be/0XAJ_WJYpIk?t=15) (not my video) but the shortest and most on topic I could find. They SV a 40oz bone in Ribeye at 135F.

The Su-V Gun set by Grillblazer came with the Su-V Gun, an 8′ hose to connect to a large LP tank, and a bottle stand for smaller 1 or 3lb LP tanks.

This searing gun is the best I have ever held. It burns a lot of propane to accomplish the searing process. So much so that it comes with an 8 foot adapter hose to allow it to be easily connected to a large LP tank. It can also be connected to 1 or 3lb tanks directly (as shown in the video). Last night we made sousvide a ribeye and I took it to the grill to sear it. I dont turn on the grill, its just a good location. Fired up the gun and within 90s I had melted down the fat and had a nice crispy sear on the outside without adding to the cooking time. I think I will need to get a bit more stick time on this device and I can get my steak a bit crispier in the future. Definitely happy with this device!
