Preparation

  1. Blanch the beans in a large pot of salted, rapidly boiling water. Drain and cool under cold running water. In a large skillet, warm the oil. Add the beans and toss. Add the soy sauce and the lemon juice and cook, tossing constantly, for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. Season and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
