Got a large Green Egg for Christmas, after a few other successful smokes I decided to go for it and smoke a brisket. 13lb full packer, just salt and pepper for the rub, 14 hours at 225. Not sure it could have come out better.

Looks great but the only thing that matters is whether you liked eating it. Bonus point if other people liked it as well.
