First time smoking on my medium BGE – chicken quarters
4 chunks of oak spread on the lump, 420° for 60 minutes then 550° for 2 minutes to crisp the skin. Don’t know what the hell I’m doing but it’s delicious!

Yum. This is the best way to actually enjoy chicken. Legs rule!

Nice touch with the aluminum foil on the plate setter. It sure keeps makes cleanup easier.
