Was my first time doing Christmas dinner for the whole family. Scored a nice USDA prime roast from Costco which turned out great! Joetisserie on the large Egg works perfectly!
I need to find a drip tray solution, though, as I usually like to use the drippings in Yorkshire pudding. Unfortunately they all burned up this year 😭

God damn. That looks so good. I kind of want to buy a rositerissie spit for my Big Green Egg just for prime rib. I have one for my gas grill (rear IR burner) and I’ve never used it. But it doesn’t sound nearly as good in a gas grill.
