  2. Fun to try but I wasn’t a fan. The ribs cooked unevenly without the ability to turn them. I do like to put some fresh pineapple halves in over butts and let the juices baste them though.

    Does leaving the fronds on add something? Seems like it would just take up space.

    Stop promoting stupid things. There are better ways to add pineapple flavor to ribs or to smoke a pineapple. Leave this in StupidFood or FB, where it belongs.
