Tri-Tip is the best, and for $12/lb for prime is nuts. Just don’t tell anyone what cut of beef it is so the price stays reasonable for everyone.

Tri Tip reverse sear is my go-to. Only takes an hour or under, but is right up there with brisket and ribs in terms of greatness. Takes maybe a tenth the time to bbq it though as those do.
