Go easy on me – my second brisket ever on my weber kettle. Took me a while to even find a piece of brisket here in Sweden. It was juicier than it looks ๐Ÿ˜…

Hey, I’m a native Texan, so I’m extra harsh judging brisket, but this looks great.

    Good job.

This looks solid! I’d eat it no problem!

  3. Looks plenty good to me! I’ll never fault someone who tries doing it themselves, especially in a place where BBQ isn’t very popular.

Looks delicious! Nice smoke ring and tasty looking bark. Brisket is pretty challenging and it looks like you nailed it! Congrats!

Brisket looks dry. Sausage needs some sear. Toast needs some butter.

  6. I love seeing 2nd brisket posts, we see so many โ€œ1stโ€ that Iโ€™m always wondering if itโ€™s actually their firstย

Lovely tray, typically ย they donโ€™t toast the bread but of course all things are up to your preferenceย

Brisket looks great. If you were shooting for an American platter, donโ€™t toast the bread and swap the fries for Mac and cheese or slaw next time.

  8. Hope it was juicer than it looks because it looks like the Sahara desert. Iโ€™ve seen juicer jerky.

Someone in South Jersey would pay $150 for this

Good job dude. Also, love people making their platters up the way their people like to eat and not always just piling on the stereotypes if it’s not how they like to eat bbq.

Iโ€™m kinda jealous that you have the same bbq tray as all the good bbq restaurants! I need one!

Cheers from California. I spent a year in Uppsala and couldnโ€™t imagine smoking this time of year in Sverige, thatโ€™s impressive by itself.
