Did 4 flat irons for the family, reverse seared on the Traeger/blackstone. Used a different rub for each one. Came out really nice.

    Beautiful… but in the future, slice it as you serve it. When you slice it up like this it will get cold and the exposed pieces will start to oxidize.

    Whenever I’m cooking steak for a large group, I will rest it under foil and only cut what is about to go on someone’s plate.
