Here is the brisket from this last Sunday. Working on thinly cutting and enjoyed the smoke.

You lost me with sauce on the brisket; why smoke it if you are going to cover the flavor with sauce?

Man…… Brisket was beautiful but sauce is for coveri up something. If it tasted as good as it looked that sauce wasn’t necessary. But to each is own I suppose.

No need to cut thin those slices are perfect good work man, minus the sauce.

I’ll jump on the sauce/no sauce train. I don’t like sauce on a brisket however, I have family members that will not eat any form of bbq without sauce on it so I always put it out when I make it. I guess the moral of the story is eat things how you enjoy it and don’t shit in other people for doing the same.

What’s the story behind the smoked banana? Interesting if it is.
