smoked chillies and salt

    Smoke dried hot and sweet chillies and coarse sea salt for 6 hours on a small kettle grill indirect with orange wood chips, i left the salt to continue smoking till morning. I’m planning to make a Chipotle in adobo type sauce with the chillies.

    Please suggest recipes for the sauce.
