This is a marinated London Broil smoked with hickory at 225 until it hit 128. I struggle with cutting a London broil across the grain, but I am learning.
This made some mean sandwiches and a killer salad topper.

    I’d never thought of that, I’m going to add London broil to my shopping list tomorrow and give that a try, because I bet it would be delicious.
