My attempt at oklahoma smashed cheeseburgers. Had pimento de padron grilled peppers as a starter for fun. So glad the sun is out again. Hope you are all having an excellent grilling weekend.

These may be my new favorite way to make burgers… Havent tried it on the egg yet. Looks amazing! What’s in the bottom right of the griddle in the first pic? Are those pieces of garlic? Centers of the onions?
