    Pro tip that will knock your cock off. When I make Chimichurri steaks I always make a provolone cheese dish that is common in Argentina to pair with it. It’s literally just slices of mild provolone with a little bit of virgin olive oil between slices and some oregano sprinkled on top. Put that in a ceramic dish in the oven on high until it melts 10-15 mins and eat it with small slices of baguette. My wife also insists on making black beans and rice to pair with it all. You will not be disappointed!
