i’ve perfected my recipe and am obsessed with the taste, but it always turns out orange. had me wondering by restaurant salsa is always so red.

    It’s orange because you added a tomatillo and blended it really, really hard which adds a ton of air to the tomatoes and turns them orange (sometimes pink).

    Agree. Like the smoother salsa too. What if you just used Roma tomatoes?
