    I smoked a prepared corned beef brisket a little over a week ago. Used the spice package along with freshly ground pepper as a rub. At 165 I put it in a pan with beef bone broth. I was in heaven for days afterward, it tasted so good. I hope yours went as well as mine.

    Hell yeh I just pulled one off the egg last night. I was thinking I should have got a couple because I had so much room left haha
