Marinaded this gyros, ate it with fresh garlic sauce, this was one of my smokiest version, grilled it on 170 C

  1. A lot of that meat is going to fall into the coals. Nothing is secure. And the onion and pepper will be cooked, way before the meat.

    Love the rotisserie though.
