I make em exactly like that sometimes and they are always freakin deliciously perfect. I don’t always make em sauced, but when I do, that’s my method.

I have started to sousvide the ribs for what seems an eternity and then finish them off on the grill with some smoking wood. The kids love the fall off the bone ribs like this, I prefer them with a bit of bite.. horses for courses… Looks delicious, you should have invited us all over to taste!!
