Melting your cheese on the sammich before eating makes a huge difference. If I’m feeling fancy anytime I make a hot sammich I wrap it in foil for a few minutes to let everything melt and meld. This really upped my breakfast sammich experience. Also as someone else mentioned American cheese is totally the way to go.

I love a good over easy egg when eating with pancakes using a fork. Not a fan of having runny yoke all over my hands when I’m eating a sandwich.
