Pretzel bun with a thin layer of spread air-fried on one side, cracked pepper turkey, seasoned lettuce/ tomatoes, and aged Swiss melted just a little bit to the top bun.

Wrapped in parchment paper and rested in the fridge for about 10 min

Bonus tip: Crumple up your parchment paper before using it to make it lie flat and much easier to work with

    I can’t tell which photo is the after?

    I prefer the airy structure of the first photo. Otherwise, it’s like biting into a meaty cold hockey puck.
