I really love the Maccas chai / iced chai (Australia if that's relevant), but I cannot find a suitable powder to use as a homemade replacement.
I'm aware that Maccas uses their own special-made chai powder that comes in unbranded white bags, I work at Maccas. I have tried asking to just buy some, but have been told no – they only sell syrup bottles.
I've tried both https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/690852 and https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/320238, but they both tasted very different and I ended up throwing the rest of both out as I really don't like them.
Any ideas?
