Preparation

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a blender, whip flaxseed oil and 1/2 cup water together at high speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Add canola oil, vanilla and maple syrup.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, saving chocolate chips for last. If batter appears too wet, add a little extra flour.
  5. Drop teaspoons of batter onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 or 9 minutes.
