Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced green apples
  • Pinch of fleur de sel
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • ¼ ounce Chambord Liqueur Royale de France
  • Splash of pineapple juice
  • Splash of apple cider

    Preparation

    1. Line martini glass with green apples, with the skins coated with fleur de sel.
    2. Mix vodka, Chambord and juice in a shaker with ice; chill and strain into glass. Shake cider till it foams and pour on top.
