Ingredients
- Thinly sliced green apples
- Pinch of fleur de sel
- 1 ounce vodka
- ¼ ounce Chambord Liqueur Royale de France
- Splash of pineapple juice
- Splash of apple cider

Preparation
- Line martini glass with green apples, with the skins coated with fleur de sel.
- Mix vodka, Chambord and juice in a shaker with ice; chill and strain into glass. Shake cider till it foams and pour on top.
