How to Make Chocolate Salami Full of Nuts
Ingredients:
300g dark chocolate, 200g butter, 200g powdered sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 80g Marie biscuits, 80g ready-to-eat chestnuts, 80g pistachios, 80g cranberries, 2 tbsp rum

1. Toast the pistachios at 340°F(170°C) for 10 minutes
2. Break the cookies coarsely
3. Slice the chestnuts in half (Use vacuum-packed cooked chestnuts)
4. Drain the cranberries marinated in rum (Soak dried cranberries in rum for 1 hour or more)
5. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath
6. Beat the butter until light and fluffy
7. Add powdered sugar
8. Add the melted chocolate
9. Add coffee syrup and honey
10. Mix well
11. Combine everything together
12. Place the mixture on a baking sheet
13. Wrap it up
14. Roll into a cylinder shape
15. Refrigerate for at least three hours
16. Dust with powdered sugar
