Nel video preparo delle linguine burro e limone e basilico, cremose al punto giusto, profumate con scorza di limone non trattato e mantecate con burro buono e un pizzico d’acqua di cottura per legare tutto. Ma la chicca? Il tocco finale con il basilico fresco, che dà quella nota verde e profumata che spacca.

È una ricetta facile e veloce, perfetta quando vuoi coccolatte senza stare ore ai fornelli. Bastano pochi ingredienti ma buoni per tirare fuori una pasta al limone in 5 minuti che ti fa leccare pure il piatto.
