Osso Buco with Gremolata

Classic recipe for veal osso buco, cooked low and slow until incredibly fall off the bone tender.

osubuko is a rustic Italian stew that translates to bone with a hole meaning the ve shank that has a bone right in the center this is one of my favorite Italian recipes and one of the first recipes my husband made for me years ago that I’ve loved ever since after the veil shanks get a really good sear they braze low and slow in a rich vegetable and wine broth for hours until incredibly tender we like to serve osubco over creamy palenta and garnish it with a lemony and herby grimmalada for a pop of brightness how good does that look saucy
