Bowl size is 3 litres

250g rice (any)
1kg chicken breast (diced)
100g of green Pesto (Leggos brand in 🇦🇺 or aim for 120 calories per 47g of pesto)
400g low fat greek yoghurt
140g of chopped spinach
1 large red onion (finely diced)
500ml of chicken stock
150g of sundried tomatoes

Cook for 75 – 90 minutes @ 180 celcius / 360 farenheit

I realised up my second attempt that it’s better to cover with alfoil for the first hour or so

  1. dude, wash that rice and grill that chicken till brown, add sum good amount of paprika powder/grilled, salt, pepper, and komijn. It will really taste better like that!
