  1. This is my fav👏👍Its hard to find eubergine in Thailand, I use green eggplant but the result not as good as eubergine.

  2. I heard from a guy that spent time in Greece that extra virgin olive oil is supposed to be green and kinda dark in colour. Apparently, if it's yellow you're getting ripped off. Do with that information what you will, the dish looks delicious nevertheless 😉
