This Healthy cucumber salad is so simple to made. You only need 3 ingredients like Cucumber, Chillies Oil or Only Chillies or any other Masala of your choice and Yogurt. You can use any chillies oil or you can use simple black pepper, salt or Green Chillies to make it spicy and flavourful. If not sure please comment and we will respond.

So this cucumber salad was viral all over the Instagram. So I thought, how could I stay behind? So here I am slicing some cucumbers in a plate. Next, I’ve taken a jar of some sort and dumped all the cucumber slices in it. And couple tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Next, half teaspoon of chili oil and some fresh chopped coriander along with some salt and pepper. And just a pinch of crushed garlic. Shake it up nice and easy.   1. Without the chili oil, it's been actually a normal everyday dish in Poland, called mizeria. Often served with potatoes and meat at the dinner. Nothing new, very popular here for a very long time

  2. I make it but I always drain the cucumber before with coarse salt, it tastes much better and it's much more crunchy.
