Reverse sear pork chops. Smoking them on the Traeger then searing on the blackstone

Looks good just toast the buns on the grill as well.

  3. Grilling chicken with steamed broccoli/butter sauce.

I sure in the hell would have got a tomahawk. Not minced meat in 2 forms. You do you.

Well, definitely not weird looking burgers and dogs. Probably jerk pork ribs or something like that.

I’d have let those onions and veggies cook down a good while before I started the meat. Get some caramelization going, then move them to the unheated side of the grill, and then add the dogs. Get some good char and split, move those to the cooler side, and then get the burgers going.

That’s just me and the way I like them. Not going to judge you for making food the way you like it. But I’d do it different.

  7. I have one of those mini Weber’s for this exact situation.

I wouldn’t risk it, what if she came home early

You’re gonna need a bit more coals for this meal.

What the heck are you doing? Frying pan belongs on the stove. Burgers and hot dogs should be over direct heat. You put the coals on the side for when the lid is closed it makes like an oven for smoking and roasting things.

Joking. Grilling is awesome and there is no wrong way to do it if the end results taste good.
